I wonder if it'll win here. Transmeta claims Intel infringes on 10 patents Wednesday October 11, 6:09 pm ET Transmeta Corp. said Wednesday it filed a patent infringement suit in U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against Intel Corp., claiming $100 billion in microprocessors from the Intel Pentium class product line have been shipped to date with Transmeta technology. [snip] The complaint requests an injunction against Intel's continuing sales of infringing products as well as monetary damages, including royalties on infringing products, treble damages and attorneys' fees.
