David, Citigroup is so big it will always be bailed out by the Fed. Unfortunately, that would be in dollars, not the nice Asian currencies we want. <G>

I think CAQ and CZJ are great. Morgan Stuck-up also has some with Eastern European, Latin and African currencies. But I am not nearly as certain that Morgan Stanley will always be bailed out.
