sandintoes, I am enormously impressed and properly humbled that you could get through the mish mash language that is metes and bounds.

Also, in California, time was one could study for the real estate exam on ones own and not attend classes. That changed with the S&L mess, and now Californians are required to take a six-week class called Real Estate Principals. Yeah, right. Like we lowly Realtors were the culprits who brought about the S&L mess.

And if you think that is bad, you should see what California puts the budding real estate appraisers through and the fees those aspirants have to fork over to
the state! - Holly
