New Zealand ... resource-based stocks would, I guess, rise when the currency tanks, and NZ stock exchange may be skewed toward resource exports, and so rises as NZ$ bites it.

When Argentina was collapsing, its resource companies did quite well ... i.e. finance.yahoo.com
