Finally I asked you directly to connect the dots between funding and the situation and you still have not done so.

That's because they are and continue to be transparent. Had the Bush administration funded the NCLB bill better, schools would not have had to make those choices. "Narrowing the curriculum" would not have been necessary. The new money could have gone into the increased reading and math remediation programs and the rest of the curriculum could have remained the same.
