Since we already have nuclear materials sufficient to wipe out the entire world many times over, it is presumed that smuggling FOREIGN ORIGINATING materials into the US would either to be: -- to study the quality, design, whatever (in which case, why the need to smuggle?) -- to bring here for use/discovery in order to be identified as something nefariously achieved by one of our great enemies (whoever the Administration were championing currently in that category) in order to the create: THE NEW PEARL HARBOR (version 2.0) ???
