Sorry, but when bin Laden asks Saddam to do something and Saddam does it (the airing of propaganda), it is a collaboration. Of course, Saddam asked bin Laden to quit supporting anti-Saddam forces, and bin Laden reportedly did that. That's cooperation.

You don't know that, and therefore LIE above. I could as honestly (i.e. not very) say Saddam DID help, because an attack in Saudi soon happened. Truth is, it may have happened thanks to Saddam playing his requested part. Americans died, and there is anything but evidence that Saddam refused to take part.
