Bush is blatantly disobeying the FISA law now. He claims it's to fight terrorism, but anyone with a brain knows whatever spying he's doing is not Al Qaida connected, but something else, something he can't admit to the FISA courts. Otherwise, he would admit it to them. Common sense. Diebold's CEO promised Bush Ohio in 2004 and 800,000 paper trail-less votes later, Ohio and the White House were Bush's, evenm after the exit polls showed Kerry won. Similar to Florida 2000. But do I have hard evidence Bush cheated with Diebold enough to swing the election? No? And why not? Because the Ohio GOP made sure they ordered paperless voting machines with no evidence trail. Even though they were more expensive. Why? One thing we know. The Diebold machines made it possible for Diebold techies to fix any election. That much is proven. So the ability and the intent are there. Figure it out. Bushies cheat all the time. They also smear, lie, steal and squash the checks and balances which support the American democracy. They are very clever. But the evidence is in. They are crooks and failures. Meanwhile they have ripped off mkore than a trillion bucks, so what do they care?
