I believe the above is absolutely something you cannot back up. You just can't stop writing foolishly it seems. Saudi Arabia was attacked months later in fact. From what I've seen, that's all that is known. It is not known that Saddam's cooperation wasn't existing and valuable to that operation (nor even, actually, that it was asked for let alone refused).
