That company was Paramount Ventures and Finance? They had some Zinc grass roots thing in Argentina I had thot.

They did some 1000 to one reverse split a while back too. Can't find out the shares out on that one.

Their exploration play seems meaty enough I will grant, but pinks sheets are hard to get behind. Too much froofera and weird trades. I remember trying to get out of a pink sheet stock that was trading at around 26 cents and quoted at one dollar. Trades went by at a quarter and at about 1 cent often. All offers were ignored. The quoted price it never traded at. Finally I think I got 13 cents or something like that. Not an orderly market.

People used to say they were afraid of the CDNX or the old OTC basically because you HAD to trade at the bid and you HAD to buy at the offer. They had a tendency to bid a succession of smallish trades ladder work to pick off the unwary. Heaven help the market order. Now the CNQ is far nicer to trade on. You can even split the bid-offer range and get filled. It is one stop selling, although thru the market maker is often best. You can however find the market maker easily. Not so on the pinks.
