I think college graduates are going into business- sales or finance. Thats what I did so why wouldn't some college student do it. the point is nobody with a brain is going into computer science with its low salaries due to globalization. And by low I don't mean just low, I mean the "you are replaceable by somebody who makes 1/10 of what you do"-low. This is not an incentive, obviously. I see the spin machine is all over this H1B visa increase bill that is in congress. It was rejected by the house in november, but this time Bill G went to washington to lobby. I think they have attached it to the immigration bill which is probably not going to pass.
