Roxmark is not a pink sheet company. They are a CNQ listed company in Toronto. They were once listed on the TSE big board. They presently have an application before the TSXV. The CNQ is not an unlisted exchange. It is an electronic, non-pooled market with multiple market makers allowed. While its volume is at present not high, it is a "one quotation system", where there is only one highest bid and lowest ask and the bid-ask can occasionally be split. In other words you can bid lower and sometimes get filled.

There are several ways to trade it in the states, but you can go through Penn Trade, or have your broker phone Latimer's 800 number in the states.

cnq.ca

Market depth and identity of market makers is available on the CNQ. Also you can see all the news for the company at the site. Companies must report once a month.

Roxmark traded on the senior TSE Toronto exchange for 19
years. An old line co that had to weather the 20 yr gold bear.

Now back on the Canadian CNQ exchange, and working to get the
old listing back.
