I don't think that's it. The sleep deprivation PhII is expected to be unblinded anytime between the first of April and mid-month (I think the latter) and there are healthy profits to be harvested before the risk of a trial-gone-awry presents itself. Same thing happened before the ADHD trial, albeit slower, same as the ascent. And that was not a failure.

The iron fist in the velvet glove?
The sheriff's knock on your door at midnight?
MMs shaking trees?

What do I know of such things? Nothing. But looking at my own portfolio recently, BTs have not been stellar performers; it seems to me that risk premia are rising along with interest rates; and the wall of worry the market has in general been climbing contains some real thorns amidst the ivy. COR has climbed pretty hard and fast with nary a hard fact to support the run but the promising results of a small trial and the CEO's brand of perma-optimism. One could have sold early today, or yesterday, or last Friday--I didn't, and I may yet be the poorer for it beyond today's slide. And, isn't April usually a s...ty month for the market? I almost took some bullish options off the table today on another BT but held off.

So, yeah, I hear the gonging of midnight, and I may be foolish in believing that it is not for me that the bell tolls.

[EDIT: I see that Harry had something concrete to offer (:-
