But nevertheless they like working for me, they like the opportunity to bounce ideas and solutions with me, and they like the experience I bring in from many years back. I have some unusual people working for me. A fellow from Peru (with a green card), another guy I pulled out of the warehouse. But I make sure they make a lot of money if they perform... and they do. The fellow from Peru and I were talking this morning and he was frightened by the new laws and what they might mean to his friends, that are illegal. It's difficult to know what to say, who do you pick as a winner and who do you pick as a loser? That's what the government is deciding. They are all real people. John
