The answers are simple. Drop the drop the baby law. Prosecute people who hire illegals. Send all illegals back and make employers submit requests for guest workers if they can prove they have tried to hire Americans first. You'd be shocked to know how many countries actually have those three simple laws and enforce them. In reality, it's probably already too late.
