I really think it's a lot more than just the three of us! <g> Maybe the reason we're not hearing it from any politico is that it would actually work.

Tancredo's proposal kind of sneaks it in the back door, by making it a felony to knowingly assist an illegal. I assume that would include employers, since, what "assists" them more than a job? It just doesn't mention employers directly.

Someone needs to step up and point out that if no one was giving these guys jobs, there would be no reason for them to come here.
Employers of illegals are the crackheads that cause the problem.

I agree with penalizing the employers but that can be only one aspect of the changes for it to succeed.
