Most of the time I round up or down with 50 the odd lot. So, instead of 427, I might buy 450.

The odd lot isn't the focus though, it's the concept of buying the same dollar amount (as close as possible) on every trade.

Swing trades have me putting 10% of my portfolio into each trade. The stops are tighter and the time exposure is as well.

Long term trades have me putting 5% of the portfolio into every trade.
