I am certainly not bad mouthing the PP - if you need cash you need to raise it. I am not even certain of the various hedge strategies that the stock can be used for. I am just pointing out that as a high tech investor - I have seen it happen and wonder about the odds that all of that stock is going to remain in a strictly long position. As a person with a long position - I think it is useful to be skeptical. The intention of my post is not to introduce doubt about the stock, but to see if anyone with more knowledge about PPs can comment about these concerns. GD
