david, as far as I am concerned, all three companies are crooked in some sense, not earning the revenues justifying the imputed value.

if each company hold 19.odd percent of the next company, they can send imputed value to the heavens, and still cannot have the true revenue to show for their troubles

but, nothing to keep it all from going up
