<<road map ... political and fiscal reform>>

road map?

The most dangerous person in the world and on any battle field is the guy with a road map.

HK needs no such reform, because HK is working fine. Reform means somebody somewhere is 'reforming', and that would mean there is something to reform.

As matters stand, HK is numero uno in economic freedom in the whole entire galaxy, stretching from infinity to infinity, and HK scores 1-2 on math and science, and HK scores very extremely high on life span markers. Should reform be implemented, what are the chances of it leading to more success than now?

I do not believe the government should do anything other than keeping the civil servants civil.

You and I apparently have different ideas about the role and standing of government.

I want the Chief Executive to have as small a computer as possible, with opinions in line with my own, and in the cases where he does not, is powerless to do anything about it.

How do you want your chief chef to be? Do you have such a person in mind? Can he even become the mayor, much less the president?

No? shucks, and so, as you say, loosen up and enjoy.
