So then Conversely .. if you are Using a 60 year Chart on the Dow .. There will never be an Inverted Head and Shoulder .. Right ?

However .. the Pattern Marks a Bottom at the End of a Down Trend. That Down Trend Began Jan 06. And the Formation is there in this time frame.
