Regarding fear. Since fear is an emotion and it is nearly impossible for humans to eliminate fear from their lives, I have learned to direct my fears in a different direction than I did when I first started trading.

My old fears were the fear of missing a run up. The fear of leaving money on the table. The fear of being wrong. The fear of losing money.

My new fear is the fear of abandoning my trading plan. Hence my sticking to my stops and profit targets and stepping back and wait for another opportunity.
