Why should I waste my time outlining just one of the hundreds of ways in which Saddam could have been removed? You will only say that it wouldn't work anyway.

Leaving Saddam in place was an option, in the short term. Even Bush I took that avenue. I have outlined possible ways of dealing with Saddam that we should have done before an invasion ad nauseum on SI. Won't do it any more, because you see only one option and that was war. If your imagination is that constipated, you'll never see any other way.

We have not chosen war with N. Korea, Syria, Iran or even China. How are we ever going to survive leaving all these dictators in place?????

Further Saddam was in a box. We needed to continue to tighten the screws on him. But invasion and occupation? Using the option of last resort in a cavalier preemptive manner was fool hardy.

The problems in Iraq are worse now then they were under Saddam. We're likely to see continuing sectarian conflict. And who ever comes out on top of the heap is likely not going to be much better than Saddam was.

You still have not addressed that facts that Bush was pro war with Iraq...way before 9-11. Or the fact that there are no terrorists in Iraq or the fact that collaboration between Al Qaeda and Iraq was non existent. You always evade the tough questions.

The use of intelligence by this administration was not balanced.

I side with the wisdom of Colin Powell, who urged further diplomacy. That would have been the correct road to take.

You and Bush were wrong about war being the solution...three years later and nothing is solved.
