Even the educated minority (including the tech wonks) believe that we can run the freeways and the WalMarts on alternative fuels CNBC just pimped a chinese food vegetable oil fueled diesel VW. That the guy saves 3K a year in fuel expenses. They did end the segment saying this works for a few people, but if everyone in the city started going to the chinese food places for thier throw away oil - it would not work - HAHA. As for gas fixes - check out hawaii - they are the highest in the nation. They have been the first state to start experimenting with gas caps. news.google.com
