the first probability is that the trial will last past expiration On what basis have you made this determination? What's your best guess as to when a decision will be reached? I hear that the issue in this case is simply the feature that allows the Tivo user to record one channel while watching another. I have 2 Tivos, one purchased 5 years ago and another just 6 months ago, and I have never been able to figure out how to get either of them to do this. ;-( Sam
