I did read the summary that you posted on Crossy's thread and do not remember reading anything about a U resource. Upon rereading there was a mention but not NI 43-101 compliant.
My mistake!
BTW, Western Australia is a neat place for mining. I toured the giant Aryle Diamond mine in the north and some huge gold open pit mine in Kalgoorlie(east of Perth), where I witnessed some dynamite blasting! I also saw from the highway a giant red coloured (iron?)open pit mine in the Pilbarra.
Australia is a neat place period! I highly recommend folks to go visit for a month or two or three.

ALZ has proven uranium in ground so don't say they have nothing.ALZ has alot more than alot of companies do and as well compared to others ALZ should not even be trading at .60 it should long gone past the dollar level

Yah.... but...but.....management just gave a bunch ( 5 million) away at .35 cents. Go figure.

FINANCING - UPDATE

Aldershot Resources Ltd. confirms that the private placement it reported in Stockwatch on March 15, 2006, has been oversubscribed and the company has successfully raised $1.5-million through the issuance of five million units at 30 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one purchase warrant exercisable for two years at 35 cents. The company advises that none of the subscribers are insiders and the above transactions will not constitute a change of control, reverse takeover or new insider position.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for exploration work the company's uranium projects in Quebec and British Columbia, and for general working capital.

The terms of the financing are subject to regulatory approval.
