Personally I'm just waiting out a real crack in these stocks as I'd really like to cash out and start looking at distressed RE again at auctions later this year. This debt cleansing cycle seems like it's gonna be a real doozy. Just wait till new foreclosure filing skyrocket in our markets and inventory also gets to early 1990's levels..
