You can play with semantics if you want to, I was addressing the near term based on the inherent, or perhaps intended, negativity of the subject.

Any consolidation that might be considered regarding RSHN will be some time down the road and:
A) I will probably be out of it by then and/or riding some residual free shares there.
B) it most likely would not happen without reasonable shareholder notice, as Bob has proved himself to be a pretty straight-up guy/
C) Like the SPRU-SPRL r/s, it will probably be a mathematical non-event since the company will have stabilized by then.

If you're not in the stock - and supposedly wouldn't buy it, ...why do you care..?!?

If you want something to complain about, go look at QBID or PAIM where the management is either "..warped.." or just plain nuts.
