Hey ya political hack!

I got a California absentee voter form in the mail for the 2006 elections. Am really allowed to vote if I haven't resided their for 5 years?

I have never heard of a time limit but you might check with CA. As an American citizen, you have a right to vote even when you are out of the country.......not matter how long..........and it seems pretty logical to me that you would vote in the jurisdiction you last resided. No?
