Seems like a nice guy and I wish hime the best. He gave up around July 2001. The bottom for some like Cisco but still far from the bottom for the likes of JDSU. No doubt the next two plus years for housing will follow the tech stocks from spring 2000 to fall 2002 in many markets like FL and CA.. Only question is will it take the economy and national RE and financial markets down with it..
