Builders screwed in any scenario especially WCI. I see the long rate getting close to busting out to four year highs. Just imagine going back to long term interest rates and lending standards just five years ago? Geez 8% fixed rates, limited availability of negative ARM's and actually proof of cash totalling at least 3-5% in your bank as a down payment..
