along those lines i heard a story on the wires the other day about how the japanese are working on a robot to be used in care of the increasing numebers of elderly (talk about a job nobody wants)

i cant find a link right now, but similar to this sort of thing

hell, if we can use robotics to move humans around, surely we can use them to pick strawberries...<ng>

once the mexkins outlive their usefulness, ie, form unions and make demands for higher wages and bennies, fly mexkin flags and upside down ol' glory....and all... farm labor will go the way of the auto industry...we'll outsource it to either robotics or some other repressed and backward economic(more politically sympatico) refugee looking to escape domestic aristocratic 'ruling class' content with the status quo
