TYX appears to have a date with a huge trendline/channel test, running back over a decade:

If the inflationists are right, the channel should be broken. If the yield turns down yet again off this line, it certainly would favor the deflation-wins argument. Amazing timing, as the market is trying to guess if the deflationary impact of the incipient housing bust and higher Fed funds are more important, or if the crack-up boom in stocks and commodities due to the "Fed is done" psychology takes over.

Wow, what an epic battle for the outcome of the debt bubble and nature of the looming economic collapse...

Could the outcome of this one test indicate the success of relationary efforts vs. the deflationary failure that so few of us expect?
