Actually, Claudia Rosett & CO did a great job tracking the OFF money. Very little of it made it's way to US companies & individuals. Scott Ritter, the UN Inspector who went from passionate Saddam critic when he was in Iraq doing inspections - suddenly changed his tune - it turns out that several hundred thousand of Saddam's OFF dollars found it's way to his pockets right about the same time he became Saddam's mouth piece. Other than that, there's not much documented in the way of US bribes.
