Factored in before the Dines recommendation Dines would have known about Tinsley already and maybe that's why he ran the stock up. Who knows? Does anyone think he would run up the stock so he himself can unload on the bad news on Tinsley? I don't think he operates that way. I would like to think he was straight with his readers and got them in fir the Uranium. I'll guarantee that he supports the price otherwise he would look a little strange because of the timing.
