ralfph a bigger check might not have helped with the AUN PP.
I delivered a big check to the office morning of the offer.
Wk later heard was way oversubscribed and I was cut back
tiny fraction of what I paid for. Said they needed the
sh for their long term holders.

First in with the money, and big checks, do not necessarily make it.

You would have been cut back, though not as much, unless you
had a history with the co.
