Ray and Ken...on OTIV, look at the Aroons. They're signaling that the stock has bottomed out for now.

On the fundies, sales declined from the prior q, but this was expected, but this company is busy establishing new business worldwide. Bottom lined suffered from rollout costs associated with new contracts such as MasterCard. Additional sales are expected as more states are added and new business from Visa and American Express.

OTIV has kicked of a trial program for NY City subways and will begin a National identity card programs in China later this year. The company's partnership with British Petroleum for truck fleet management applications is scheduled to expand beyond South Africa. Potential future deals could come from a proposed electronic health record card or other niche projects like automated parking systems.
