Here is one I thought you could use....09:31 WFR MEMC Elec: Mixed Newsflow coming - UBS (37.41 ) As UBS has previously wrote, MEMC is late in the filing of its 2005 10k. At the time MEMC notified the SEC it would be late in the filing, the co did not check a box that indicated it expects to file the 10k within 15 days of the due date (Mar 31st). For Texas Pacific Group to sell significant amounts of stock (still owns 56m shares), the firm believes MEMC would have to register the shares with the SEC through an S-1 filing. This can be a subject to review, a process that may take several weeks. Since TPG, as an insider, can't sell shares during most of June and July, the firm beleives the earliest opportunity could be Aug 2006. Since the polysilicon shortage shows no signs of slowing until 1H08, the firm believes MEMC's pricing power will continue, as semiconductor units and solar demand continue to be strong. The firm maintains their Buy rating and price target of $55
