We are really in a bad, bad position. We stay and things continue to get worse, with a growing civil war in which we can't take sides, but have to do something. Or we leave and the whole place, probably, goes crazy. And the rest of the world (rightly) will blame us everything that takes place. Invading Iraq is the worst policy mistake this country has ever made. John
