I pulled that post off. I really dont want to go into other posters. I read a post on another post that really upset me. I didnt respond. It really upsets me when folks say stupid things. Sometimes i say stupid things and that upsets me too. I am really thinking about giving this posting up. Ken on FADG tried to run a great thread. He had folks reading Foreign Affairs. Many posters were really good but it has all been downhill since the iraq war. Some stand on so-called principles and say the darnedest things. Some are obscessed with conspiracies of left or right. I think of Joe Friday and "just the facts mam" and we get very little of that here on SI. Alot of self righteous bombast and few facts, i am afraid. A lot of racism, anti semitism, and anti islam/anti arab views and little compassion. Its very sad.
