Ok, now that I have your attention gang, I also chatted with Christie Communication (Gillian)is her name, this morning. She is in NY and I expressed my concern to her concerning them posting a phone number on their website for customers to place orders or for inquiries. Also, to be more timely answering emails from potential customers. I wrote them 3 times wanting to order product. I know Mr. Corr is tied up right now and very busy, but answer the damn people trying to order your product. I wanted Gillian Christi to hear my very valid complaint and help FIX the problem since I have my money riding on their success. Having said all that, I was very impressed with her.I called her on her Cell Number and she answered bright and early. I am LONG RSHN and wanted more confidence to BUY MORE , which I did immediately after speaking with her. Like yourself, I do my own DD and wanted to get a better feel since I am new to RSHN. I appreciate your support and information and feel I can be quit comfortable now with my sizeable investment.

MR. Hollen, I appreciate your credentials as I have a few myself. Put your sword away, I am on your side. But being an executive myself in a very high profile retail industry, the basics of anwering the phone and emails promptly is critical for any company. PERIOD! I wanted them to address that issue. I hope they will now that I made my voice heard to Gillian Christie. An astute business person listens to all voices, and not just his herd. I trust the vision is big, but take care of the basics if you want to eat the elephant one bite at a time.
