The value of this resource is $141.56 CDN zinc and $24.36 CDN lead. This could easily be mined underground.

"The Indicated mineral resources for the Howard’s Pass deposits now total 33.5 million tonnes, grading 5.52% zinc and 2.10% lead. The Inferred mineral resource now totals 112.9 million tonnes, grading 5.40% zinc and 2.14% lead."

In addition to the Indicated and Inferred resources estimated in this report a mineral potential was estimated which contains 220.0 to 230.0 million tonnes with an estimated grade of between 4.0-5.0% zinc and 1.0-2.0% lead. The mineral potential represents the down dip and strike extension of the Indicated and Inferred resources.

Distances to the nearest drill hole of the mineral potential blocks average less than 350 m with ranges between 1 and 700 m. The potential resource mentioned above represents a small portion of the interpreted extent of the Active Member that hosts all known lead zinc mineralization. Importantly, all drill holes which have intersected the Active Member have contained significant zinc and lead mineralization. The potential quantity and grade of this material is conceptual in nature, as there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain of further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource.
