Fair enough. In January of 2005, i would have argued against it. After reading Friedman today, But i will never see it as a victory. If we knew this would be the outcome, we would never have gone in the way we did or at all. Hell we could have bombed them back to the stone age and freed the kurds and shiaa and we would have wound up with Palestine #2 or Lebanon #2 in the center which is whats happening now.
