Just because a patent is non-obvious to you does not make it meaningless

If I remember the basics of patent law correctly, an innovation must be non-obvious to be patentable.

I merely said I thought the dual tuner idea was innocuous, by which I meant it was not very interesting. I did not say anything about non-obviousness.

Enough semantics already! Let's try to make some money.
