Why do you suppose you were the only one that's had this problem? The people that have ordered from Rush that I know of got their shipments right away!

After speaking with Mr. Corr on the phone many months back, I had a case sitting on my door 2 days later. With a free T-Shirt!

Any $6 per hour monkey can answer the phones. That's not a management duty.

Why would anyone concede a point to someone that has no point? What would you like me, or anyone else to concede?

I think your problem is that you are trying to get the CEO to fill your $6.00 order for Rush Cola, ain't gonna happen. Try going here enjoytherush.com to the Rush online store like a good customer.
