Ralph,
well FYI .. Sweden has elections this fall. And Northern europe has been generating electricity from Nuclear Power to a good extent - in Sweden more than 50%..

Finland is the first Euroepan country to actually build and comission a new nuclear power plant - just recently. Netherlands next.. France is 66% on nuclear power..

Well what I outlined also was an analogy with Australia - U-mining in some parts is not yet permitted but exploration is. This didn't prevent some West Australian deposit holders to record material appreciation in their market caps.. The local government is gradually shifting to a more nuclear friendly stance. I guess the record high oil and gas prices are providing a "little motivation"

My point: mining is a long term venue. Usually from a delineated discovery to a mine it takes 5-10 years. More than the typical political cycle lasts..
