Hey, whatever happened to Dubya's regeneration of SDI? That was on his agenda a year or so ago. Then there was the 'man on Mars' initiative. I do believe that going after Social Security derailed his 'steal all' motif. He should have stolen more quietly and then tried to kill SS at some more convenient date when Americans weren't paying any attention. It's impossible to take Dubya's initiatives seriously any longer....thank goodness.
