That is interesting. Most people who question the validity of the global warming theory keep asking how 47 years of data can be analyzed for a multi millennium trend. 1860 seems to ge greater than 47 years ago. It would re reasonable to assume that it is synthesized data, which causes doubt of its validity.

Of course if the 47 year trend plus interpolated data is indicative of a trend, we need to address the growing problem soon.
