I think the previous operations have pretty much failed, and this appears to be a Shell play. I spoke briefly to the attorney, Weed, who now owns the whole kit & kaaboodle - in lieu of fees owed, etc. He said that once some issues with regard to the O&G phase were cleared up it would be reinvented as a new effort. This is a 'moneymade' pick, you may want to touch base with him.
