hey Budd - the stock is drifting because the PR indicating the merger would be done by now. I wish CEO's would learn not to put dates in PR's, particularly when they involve legal "niceties," which can take much more time than anticipated. I'm still long LFWK - it's a gamble, that's for sure - as with all mentioned here. However, the potential payoff is way higher than most given the potential cash dividend, short squeeze, r/e based financing and merger, etc.
